The Renegades Men’s Bible Study of Bryan/College Station, widely known as ‘The World’s Greatest Bible Study’ and the equally famous Houseboat Men of Austin took over the studio Thursday evening.

The Renegades were celebrating their end of semester study of Mark and playing host to their brothers in Austin ‘Houseboat Men’, which share a similar mission of bringing men to Christ through regular fellowship and study.

Mellow stylings are now wafting through the office as Cats’ talented paws lay down a most unique interpretation of Chick Corea, Charlie Parker, Chet Baker and Dizzy Gillespie.

Early this morning, TMG’s company calico cat, Kujo, gave birth to a litter of kittens.  The whole office is excited to have the new additions.   Each new kitten is a different color and we all have bets on how many kittens she’ll have.  Special care over the weekend has been given to Kujo.  Staff members stop  by  to check on her progress.  Finally the blessed event is here.   Things are never dull at The Matthews Group.

Spam and Badminton.  They go together like green eggs and ham; nuclear fallout and six toe cats.  So naturally, it was the focus of the monthly M-Groupers debauchery.  

The finest Spam recipes culled from generations of creative staff family archives made their way to the George Forman deluxe cooking station while a single elimination badminton tourney ensued to a heated final round.

Spam barely touched.  One injury.  Two shuttlecocks destroyed.  Cheasy trophies with Santa Clause mounted on cheerleading base distributed.

A good time had by all.
